Seng Ann has been providing stainless steel bulk tankers services to transport palm oil products with sizes ranging from 37MT up to 51MT. We have been delivering palm oil products for our clients since 2008; our years of experience have allowed us to deliver clients product safely and in a timely manner. Our clients includes some of the major palm oil producers in the southern area; Pacific Oil, IOI, PGEO, Vance, etc. In order to ensure that we provide exceptional services to all our clients we have been recruiting and training professional drivers to deliver outstanding services.

We dedicated major efforts into ensuring that the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) are well taken care of. As a logistics transporter for petroleum and palm oil products, we understood the importance of HSSE throughout our entire operation as the products that we transport would affect everyone. All our drivers and staffs are fully equipped and trained on the knowledge to apply proper care to ensure HSSE are not compromised. Furthermore, we have applied systems and procedures to enforce the application of HSSE for all our operations. Hazard Management Process is the fundamental principle of our business, where we analyse each individual hazard and implement the appropriate controls to mitigate the risks. We begin with the Base Safety Standard Compliance and waste management, as the hazard management process starts from our working environment. Road Transport Safety is the primary focus of our operation excellence, with 4 basic steps covering Hazard Identification, Hazard Assessment, Hazard Control and Recovery Measure. Customer site survey, Marshalling Plan at customer site, Road Hazard Mapping (RHM) and Water Catchment Area Survey are the series of core activities to ensure Road Transport Safety. Hazard and Effect Management Process (HEMP) is one of the important tool that we use to assess and classify risk levels. HEMP also provides appropriate controls that should be implemented. Controls are the key factor to mitigate the risk of individual exposure to hazards. In our business, drivers are—for 80% of their working hours—exposed to risks on the road. We have basic controls in place to ensure our drivers can deliver the products safely, on time, and to customers in full. Fatigue Management, GPS Monitoring System and Comprehensive Spot Checks are the priority controls applied on the drivers and trucks. We also enhance driver safety by conducting alcohol and drug tests to ensure they are fit to work, and our Driver KPI incentives are an extra motivation for drivers to continue their HSSE performance
